Simplified directions to Atlantic Bay Cottage from our two nearest town centres!
Due to poor network coverage on the approach road i.e. R238 from Moville to Carndonagh it can be easy to miss the turn off for Carrowmena. This should assist you in the event your satnav does not function for a small part of the journey.
Directions from Carndonagh Co Donegal
- Carndonagh town centre head Northeast towards Malin Town
- Continue through roundabout on to R238 for 3.2km
- At Trawbreaga Bay turn right onto R238 and proceed towards Culdaff for 2.2km
- At junction turn right to stay on R238 towards Culdaff village for 3.9km
- Continue through village and past Mc Grorys Hotel on your left for 0.3km
- Bear left towards Carrowmena for 3.5km
- Turn left at sign post for 0.5km towards Atlantic Bay Cottage
- Destination will be on your left with a large sign to the rear showing the Bay Cottage logo
Directions from Moville Co Donegal
- At Moville post office follow R238 towards Carndonagh for 5.3km
- Turn right towards Carrowmena for 2.3km
- Road will fork keep left towards Culdaff for 3.3km
- Turn right at sign post for 0.5km towards Bay Cottage.
- Destination will be on your left with a large sign to the rear showing the Bay Cottage logo
